Hansika Motwani's first release was M. Rajesh's romantic comedy Oru Kal Oru Kannadi, which became her first runaway hit and earned her positive reviews from critics for her performance. Her latest release is Denikaina Ready opposite Vishnu Manchu which too earned positive response from the public. She is filming for Settai opposite Arya. She was selected to play Maya, a gangster in Silambarasan's Vettai Mannan, and is also acting in Vaalu with him. She has signed to play the lead role in Suriya's Singam 2. and is currently working in Karthi's Biriyani (film) and has signed a couple of notable projects becoming one of the busiest actresses in kollywood.
