Karisma Kapoor may return to the small screen

Karisma Kapoor may return to the small screen

Karisma Kapoor, who has worked in a fiction show on TV and even judged reality shows, says if she will find anything interesting, she may return to the small screen.

"Maybe I will do TV again. I like to pick and choose what I do. So maybe I will, if something interesting comes up," Karisma said here after a promotional event for a new beverage - Rasna Ju-C.

The 38-year-old actress made her TV debut in 2003 with ‘Karishma - The Miracles of Destiny’, and then judged reality shows like ‘Nach Baliye 4’ and ‘Aaja Mahi Vay’.

After reigning over the Hindi film industry for over a decade with hits like ‘Judwaa’, ‘Hero No. 1’, ‘Biwi No.1’, ‘Raja Hindustani’ and ‘Dil To Pagal Hai’, she quit showbiz in 2003 post her marriage with Delhi-based industrialist Sanjay Kapur.

Last year, she made her comeback with ‘Dangerous Ishhq’. Now she will be seen in ‘Bombay Talkies’, releasing May 3.

Talking about ‘Bombay Talkies’ and 100 years of Indian cinema, she said: "I think the entire film fraternity wanted to be a part of the 100 years of cinema, and I think it`s great that all the actors took out time to be a part of it. Because we all love cinema and acting."

She added that "it`s a great way to celebrate the 100 years" by giving something back to the audience "for appreciating all of us for so long".

The actress also mentioned that she enjoys looking back at roles she has done. "It`s great. I enjoy them. The stars come from down of the ladder to reach the top, but when you are there, you think where do you go from there.

"It was a great learning experience. Working really hard and doing four shifts a day," she said and pointed out that today`s actors enjoy a very different life than that.

"But I think I also enjoyed the whole experience," she added.

Karisma, a mother of two kids - Samaira and Kiaan Raj Kapoor - says now her priorities are her children.

"It`s all about your priorities. And my priorities will always be my kids."

For new moms, she advised: "Don`t worry, be stress free and you are a great mom."

Actress Deepshikha, who is set to play evil Bavanderpari in "Balveer", says she enjoys fantasy-based entertainment and that she is sure "it is going to be a lot of fun".

"I love fantasy-based television shows and I'm really looking forward to begin shooting for 'Balveer'. Being a part of the magical Pari-Lok is surely going to be a lot of fun," Deepshikha said in a statement.

Her character Bavanderpari is considered very powerful. She possesses the power of the wind and no power can destroy her as she creates a shield of wind which prevents any kind of magic from getting anywhere close to her.

Her character enters when some of the good ‘paris' accidentally open a room in which she has been kept captive since ages. After she manages to escape from it, she learns of Balveer's existence and his powers and decides to fight him.

Vishal-Shekhar comes up with energetic music to suit young generation

Film: "Gippi"
Music directors: Vishal Dadlani, Shekhar Ravijiani
Singers: Hard Kaur, Udit Narayan, Vishal Dadlani, Shekhar Ravijiani, Sukhwinder Singh and Neeti Mohan.
The music album of director Sonam Nair's movie "Gippi" has five tracks. Popular musical duo Vishal-Shekhar have made it a point to deliver songs that not just capture the fancy of the young crowd with their beats, but they also give a lot of importance to lyrics. The same can be said of their tracks in"Gippi".

The first track is "We are like this only", sung by Vishal-Shekhar. One can easily describe it as a 'cool' track. With lots of drums and rapping, the track feels funky. It is a good number, but not a dance track. Hard Kaur's rap bits are the icing on the cake in this one.

The next number is "Baby doll". Sung by Sukhwinder Singh and Udit Narayan, the song has Punjabi beats but the singers have lent it an Uttar Pradesh accent. The song talks about the remixed generation and its beats change pace over and over again. Better than average, this can be classified as a good number.

"Pehn di takki" is the third track. The title, given that the movie is centred around the youth, indicates it is a double entendre number. Sung by Vishal it is just that. The lyrics are in Punjabi, so not everyone can understand them. But it generally talks about a girl becoming shameless. The music is good, but some may like it a lot, and some may not!

The next track "Mann baavra" is sung by Shekhar Ravijiani. He adds his soothing voice to the song, which sounds relaxing after a dose of dance numbers. An emotional number, it talks about memories and is sung very beautifully. The drums join the singer gradually, making the overall sound feel good. The best part is that the instruments don't overtake the singer's voice even once. Shekhar picks up pace as the song dives deep into emotions. A beautiful composition.

Neeti Mohan has crooned the last song in the album - "Dil kagzi". Call it a 'dreamy' track. The music maintains a particular rhythm in the background and the lyrics reflect a certain fascination of a child. No wonder the song has a tinge of a lullaby, ending on a melodious flute tune.

"Gippi", produced by Dharma Productions, has a good compilation of songs. Not only does it spell a lot of energy, but also keeps the listener entertained all along. The music directors have not skipped the emotions of the youth while also concentrating on offering some fun.

South Africa wants a bigger slice of Bollywood

As Indian cinema celebrates completion of 100 glorious years, South Africa has drawn up plans to attract Bollywood by offering its scenic landscapes to shoot films and extending special facilities.

"We are already in the process of identifying their (Indian filmmakers`) requirements to be able to enhance our offerings and facilitate greater support and value addition when they come to our country for film shootings," Arts and Culture Deputy Minister Mathume Joseph Phaanla told reporters in an interview here.

"Going forward, we would definitely like to attract more and more Bollywood producers to our country. We hope that locals are also taken into consideration when Bollywood films are made," he added.

The South African Minister`s assurance assumes significance as Bollywood is going global and becoming bigger.

The Hindi film industry, which churns out the largest number of movies per year, has now also set a new trend christened as `100 Crore Club` with some of the blockbusters netting Rs 100 crore or more in box office collection.

The Indian film Industry is considered as a complete package of entertainment, drama, emotion, love, action, thrill and adventure.

"We understand the importance of Bollywood and the vital role it plays in influencing travel decisions. We, therefore, will be investing more and more to tap the entertainment industry," said the visiting Minister.

Filmmakers are increasingly recognising South Africa`s value as a high-quality production site for their movies, Phaanla said, adding, "We are extending support and assistance to an increasing number of Bollywood producers."

To further leverage on this advantage, South Africa and Mumbai-based production house Illuminati Films have launched an exclusive television commercial campaign which showed how Bollywood movie `Cocktail` captured its picturesque locales and various fun experiences.

The film, starring Saif Ali Khan, Deepika Padukone and Diana Penty, has been extensively shot in Cape Town and hence presents a huge opportunity for South African Tourism authorities to promote their country among Indian travellers.

"After the release of `Cocktail` in India, we received a lot of queries from travel enthusiasts on visiting South Africa, which was shot beautifully in the movie. We hope to leverage such associations with Indian cinema in the future as well," Consulate General of South Africa Pule Malefane said.

A number of Hindi films like `Race`, `Gandhi My Father`, `Heyy Babyy`, `No Entry`, `Aankhen`, `Break Ke Baad`, `Dhoom 2`, `Ek Tha Tiger`, `Ghajini`, `Murder 3`, `Chasme Badoor`, `No Problem` and `Ashiqui 2` have been shot in the recent past in South Africa.

‘Phata Poster Nikla Hero’, an upcoming romantic comedy film starring Shahid Kapoor and Ileana D`Cruz, was recently shot in that country.

"From a location perspective, South Africa promises the best of everything: beaches, beautiful mountains, scenic landscape, wildlife and adventure, luxury experiences combined with cities and their vibrant night life," the Minister said.

Phaanla said the filmmakers are primarily looking at Cape Town and also exploring hitherto unknown yet fascinating locations in his country.

The International Indian Film Academy (IIFA), which promotes Indian cinema globally, had organised its second award ceremony in Sun City, Africa in 2001.

The IIFA award ceremony, a prestigious event in annual Bollywood calender, returned to that country two years later (in 2003), where it was held in the sun-kissed shores of Johannesburg.

Lot of Dance Tv Shows in the coming months In Indian Television

"Dance India Dance - Super Moms", " Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa" and "India's Dancing Superstar" - the Indian small screen seems to be bracing for a lot of dancing in the coming months.

To some, it may appear to be an "overdose" of glitzy dance reality shows, but many hail the trend, saying such dance shows not only encourage talent but enhance the entertainment quotient on the small screen.

Celebrity couple dance show "Nach Baliye" and the subsequent " Nach Baliye Shriman v/s Shrimati" wrapped up just recently on Star Plus, and the channel's new show - "India's Dancing Superstar" (IDS) is already on air.

Dance overdose?

"Audiences are liking it and that's why there is one more dance show (every now and then)," reasons choreographer Geeta Kapur, who is a judge on IDS along with Ashley Lobo and actor Riteish Deshmukh. She has earlier judged shows like " Dance India Dance", "DID L'il Masters", "DID Doubles" and "Dance Ke Superkids".

In the recent past, shows like "Dance India Dance", " Just Dance", "India's Got Talent", "Dancing Queen", "Dance Premier League", "Chak Dhoom Dhoom" and "Nachle Ve", have come, gone, shut and even returned. Many have even seen the association of Bollywood celebrities like Shilpa Shetty, Karan Johar, Hrithik Roshan, Farah Khan, Karisma Kapoor, Urmila Matondkar and Malaika Arora Khan.

But the pioneering dance reality show in India was "Boogie Woogie", which went on air in 1995 and continued for 15 years.

Naved Jafri, who, along with his brother Javed and Ravi Behl, formed the team for the trendsetting show, rues how dance reality shows are now the "same thing over and over again", with focus on "business".

"People are now concentrating on big sets. We rarely see innovation. In 'Boogie Woogie', we used to keep family values intact and we treated our contestants as our guests. Now, it's all a big business," Jafri told IANS.

He said the popularity of such dance shows is inevitable, but it's important to make them with a "heart".

"In our country, every house has a singer, a dancer and an artist. It's just that they didn't have adequate platforms earlier. Now they are getting that through not just TV, but also the internet," said Naved, who revealed that plans to get "Boogie Woogie" back are underway.

"Boogie Woogie", throughout its record run, had it all - an edition for kids, moms, fathers, groups and couples," Naved said, adding that a real show is one that "gives a chance to people who don't get a chance".

Reality shows at large, have turned out to be fruitful platforms for talent across the nation's length and breadth, making stars out of common men, women and children. Singing shows and talent shows have given the entertainment industry a lot of talented performers in the recent past.

Even as dance shows continue to blaze a trail season after season, choreographer Ashley Lobo, who is making his debut as a judge on TV with IDS, pointed out the brighter aspect.

"One can see it as an overdose or one can see it as what you're getting out of it. On the face of it, it could look like an overdose, but if one looks closely, each one is different and highlights different aspects," Lobo told IANS.

In a way, he is right - if IDS gives a chance to aspirants of all age groups and those specialising in any style of dance, "Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa" brings a range of celebrities on the dance floor for a neck-to-neck competition, while "Dance India Dance - Super Moms" is a unique platform for mothers who are aspiring dancers.

Sunny Leone signs three films for Rs 5 crore

Sunny Leone has been paid Rs 5 crore by a producer. She isn't doing any new films post her upcoming film Ragini MMS 2 and item number in Shootout at Wadala.

Sunny Leone has signed a three-film deal with producer Parag Sanghvi (last film 24/7) for a whopping amount of Rs 5 crore. It is learnt that the adult movie star’s contract with the filmmaker has a clause stating she cannot do any other film till she finishes her three-film deal with Alumbra Entertainment (the production house).

That probably also explains why the actress is not taking on any new films post her upcoming Ragini MMS 2 and an item song in Shootout At Wadala. It is being said that the clause has put her in a fix as she is getting several offers but is not being able to consider because of the restriction.

However, Sanghvi denies that he is standing in her way of signing new films, “We share a very cordial relationship and there’s nothing that can’t be sorted out over talks. There’s no clause banning her from shooting for any other film till she doesn’t complete her films with us. She knows that if there are any such hurdles, we can mutually work around them. She is a professional and I am sure that she will not let the commitment to one film affect another one. It’s her call completely. We plan to finish off three films in two years.”

As for the remuneration of Rs 5 crore, he shakes his head, “Sorry but I can’t talk about that.” The filmmaker is reluctant to reveal anything about his upcoming projects with her as well, “It’s too early to reveal any details. We start shooting after three months and we are still in finalising stages. The first film will be on the lines of a thriller, is all I can say at this point,” he adds.

Bigg Boss Kannada Day 32 Stills and Highlights

Rajesh, The Special Guest of Bigg Boss house Kannada, The patients in the house were asked to make funny stage appearance under the leadership of Vijay Raghavendra and his medical team. Narendra Babu Sharma started the proceedings by singing a devotional song.

The overnight mental drama continued on the day 31 at Bigg Boss house. The boss made the show more entertaining by organising a special program and by asking inmates to do hilarious acts.

For performing with full energy, the boss decided to compliment them by asking the housemates to celebrate the first anniversary of the mental asylum, Surgery Burgery Hospital.

The boss gave specific guidelines to doctors as well as patients.

It has to be noted that the show organisers had earlier approached him to be one of the contestants in the house. But due to some reasons it did not materialise then. The inmates grandly welcomed him but some of the housemates acts and dress code created confusion in his mind as he returned from a short treatment for being mentally ill recently.

Dr Vishnuvardhan's famous song 'Adavi deviya, kadujangala...' perfectly suited for his welcome track. Rajesh managed to recognise some of the personalities in the house.

Ajay Devgn Replaces Salman khan In Sanjay Leela Bhansali Film BAJIRAO MASTANI

Sanjay Leela Bhansali has been dreaming of making his biopic on the Peshwa, Bajirao and his wife Mastani for nearly a decade. In these 10 years, there has been extensive reporting on this movie, and so has SLB's wish-list for his lead players to play Bajirao.

SLB had started talking aboutthis dream project soon after “Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam” (1999) and had wanted his original favourite SalmanKhan as the lead actor and Kareena Kapoor to play Mastani.

An insider said, "Salman and Kareena even did the photo-shoot in the attire at a five-star hotel in Juhu.'' However, the filmdidn't take off and when Sanjay wanted to revive it, Salman who was dating Katrina Kaif had insisted he consider Kat instead of Bebo.

In the years gone by, this film has been one of the mostspeculated movies and the casting for the lead roles seems to have done acomplete round of the top brass in Bollywood.Post "Black", there was talkof SLB wanting the Bachchans for this dream historical project and later therewas speculation that he may even consider Salman's bete noire and his own “Devdas”, Shah Rukh Khan forthe role of Bajirao. The latest card that has been opened in this drama revealsthat SLB is reportedly in talks with Ajay Devgn, the other leading man of HDDCSfor the role of the famous Peshwa. And of course we also hear that Kat, who nowspeaks Hindi adeptly, may be Mastani.

SLB who is eating, sleeping, breathing “Ram Leela” (the RanveerSingh-Deepika Padukone film) that will roll this August, is obviously in nomood to throw light on his next project. But an insider tells us that “Bajirao-Mastani” is very muchon the anvil, and yes Ajay and Sanjay have been "in talks''.

Katrina Kaif and Deepika Padukone in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's dream project Bajirao Mastani.

Bollywood's popular actors Katrina Kaif and Deepika Padukone, who are rumoured to have 'Ranbir Kapoor' factor in common, are reportedly set to come together in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's dream project Bajirao Mastani.

“Bajirao Mastani” a new upcoming film of Sanjay Leela Bhansali who is on the top of Director’s List. He is the new idol director and almost every body wants to work with him. “Bajirao Mastani” film of Peshwa Bajirao and his ladylove Mastani. This film dedicated to this epic history.

The filmmaker has nursed this dream for 14 years and finally the project has been green-lighted by producers Eros International.

A leading publication reports that Bhansali first spoke about this project in 1999 and which is best remembered for the acrimonious fallout between his chosen lead pair in 2002 - Salman Khan and Aishwarya Rai. Bhansali is hoping to cast his Ram Leela heroine Deepika Padukone as Mastani and Katrina Kaif as Bajirao's wife Kashibai, and is in talks with both actresses.

The publication quoted a source as saying, "After Ram Leela releases in October 2013, Bhansali will start with the pre-production of Bajirao Mastani. He will begin shooting in April 2014. Apparently, Bhansali has had a word with both Deepika and Katrina. The girls have shown tremendous interest."

The epic historical is based on the life of Peshwa Bajirao and his ladylove Mastani.

Bigg Boss Kannada - Shweta Pandit and Thilak get cosy on day 10, takes her to rest room

The previous day's fun continued on the 10th day at the Bigg Boss with girls being treated royally by the men inside house. It is only by the end of the day, the boss gave relief to the boys by providing them some entertainment in the form of dance performances by the female participants.

Shweta Pandit, who wanted to limit her relationship with Thilak after other females advised her, did not take it seriously, as she was taken by Thilak to rest room. The exciting part was when she kept her foot on Thilak's foot, locked his shoulders with her arms and walked towards sink to wash her hands. And Thilak almost hugged her to stop her from keeping her legs on floor

As the girls were ordered not to step down from their beds until they have the breakfast, boys were forced to prepare it and serve them at the earliest. The females brushed teeth and had coffee-breakfast on their sleeping place itself. Girls' Advise to Shweta Pandit... Shweta Pandit and Thilak's growing relationship seems to be a worrying factor for other females in the house as many suggested her not to mingle too much with the Ganda Hendathi actor.

They were telling her that Thilak does not appear to be serious in the relationship. So, cut off the bonding and be normal with him. The actress agreed and also disagreed at parts. Sanjjanna on Thilak Sanjjanna, who was fuming against Thilak a few days ago, was seen commenting that the actor is a big flirt. She said, "I will have to commit suicide if I start loving him as he likes each and every girl that he comes across.

" Chandrika's secret task Chandrika succeeded in a couple of her secret tasks assigned by the Bigg Boss. She successfully made Arun Sagar wait outside the toilet rooms and give the girls towels to dry their face and hands, she made Vijay Raghavendra to open and close the doors where ever she went and convinced Swami to at least put a saree like a shawl on his shoulders.

Bigg Boss Kannada, Stills from Day 31 - Highlights

The madness from the day 30 continued on the 31st day too at the Bigg Boss Kannada house. The funny acts of inmates entertained and made audience to stay tuned to the show on Wednesday (April 24).

Indeed, the house was mental asylum in the last two days. Most of the housemates were cheered up and completely took part in the task. Yet again, it was Arun Sagar, Narendra Babu Sharma and Nurse Jayalakshmi, who took the honours of the day. Not to forget, Anushree, Vijay Raghavendra and others also tried their best to break the funny bones of the audience.

On one occasion, Anushree called Narendra Babu Sharma as Hanuman and the former tried to act like a monkey god. She also called Nurse Jayalakshmi with the name Shurpanaki, the demon sister of Raavana.

Apart from these, watching Arun Sagar sporting briefs on his trousers and prancing around like superman also brought laughter on audience face. Arun Sagar, like a mental patient, gave hard times to the hospital authorities which is headed by Vijay Raghavendra. Jumping into the swimming pool and throwing things away bothered a lot to the doctors and other workers of Surgery Burgery hospital!

Inmates tried to lock Nurse Jayalakshmi inside the bathroom but she escaped from it and ran towards safe place. It was one of the funniest scene of the day.

Narendra Sharma and Nurse Jayalakshmi have become a hit pair in the house. Every moves that they do evoke a lot fun. Well, on day 31st, as per the boss' guidelines, Nurse was supposed to bathe Narendra Sharma but he escaped from her and locked himself inside a room.

Jayalakshmi is back in Bigg Boss

This week's episode of Bigg Boss surprised all the contestants in the house when nurse Jayalakshmi entered the house again. While the contestants were shocked and surprised by her entry, eventually they were happy to see her again.

And looks like Jayalakshmi only seem to be elated to be back in the house. Bigg Boss asked Swami Narendra Sharma to check the store room as there was a special gift for him. While he was guessing that it would be a washing machine, he was surprised to see Jayalakshmi there. The contestants were seen having a good chat with her and looks like they were updating her about all the gossip. Now that she is back in the house, we wonder what will happen to her political plans.

Shahrukh Khan may replace Salman Khan as ‘Bigg Boss 7’ host

Hosting television’s most controversial show Big Boss from past three seasons, actor Salman Khan is reported to quit the show this year and what is the bigger news here is that his arch-rival Shahrukh Khan may be roped in for the seventh season.

Salman Khan has a busy year ahead with Sohail Khan’s Mental and medical checkup going parallel which has compelled the producers of the show to approach Shahrukh Khan to host the show.

Shahrukh Khan has already hosted a couple of  shows earlier like KBC and Kya Panchvi pass se tez hai, so all the more it would be a cake walk for the actor.

Meanwhile, the excitement among his admirers would be increasing as they would once again witness the same charm and humour of their favourite star on small screen.

Films on ordinary life difficult to do, Said Vishal Bhardwaj

Vishal Bhardwaj, director, composer, writer, has worn many hats with equal aplomb. His films include the recently released Matru ki Bijlee ka Mandola, Omkara and Maqbool. At the centennial celebration of Indian cinema, he took time out after attending a discussion on issues of censorship, screen violence and cuss words to talk of his journey as a student and maker of cinema.

Did any of your films get the censor’s cut?

In Maqbool, there was this beautiful dialogue by Abbaji played by Pankaj Kapoor who while talking of his bodyguard, said: “Jaise Ram ke Hanuman, ek Jahangir ke usman…” the censors asked me what kind of film is this?

How can a Muslim man equate himself with Ram? They missed the point that our epics are above religion and are referred by everybody. They cut it out.

Your songs have cuss words, the hero-heroines often romance each other with violence but there is no blood and gore.
I have a poetic point of view. But in Omkara you do have a husband killing his wife with a pillow on their wedding night.

Which films are your milestones of Indian cinema?
All of Ray’s films. Think of Charulata. The passing of time makes things tacky, dated, but such a film is timeless. Bandit Queen also changed the way realism was shown in our films.

Our films believe in blow-ups. We don’t or won’t deal with the ordinary…
But ‘ordinary’ is difficult to do especially in commercial cinema. Munnabhai was a common man’s story but it was over the top. There are so many films we have not made.

We do not have a single good film made on Kashmir. It is a story of abuse. We also have nothing on the Pandit exodus.

Ordinariness, failure teaches us things.
Raj Kapoor’s Mera Naam Joker was considered a flop but it was an auteur’s film. The concept of love it showed was unique. Had it succeeded Indian cinema would have taken a very different course. When I look back I feel very sad about this.

Do heroes in mainstream films draw out all our anger?
We all hate our politicians, so when they die in films we are satisfied. There was this scene in a film where Amitabh Bachchan goes into Parliament shooting…

Is it true that your wife gets the best songs in your films?
I make the best songs for her.

No age barriers, no specified dance form, and it is open to everyone! We want it to be India’s biggest dance celebration.”

India’s Dancing Superstar has potential to scare the viewers, says choreographer Geeta Kapur

Dance reality show, India’s Dancing Superstar (IDS), has potential to scare the viewers, says choreographer Geeta Kapur, who will judge the show along with fellow choreographer Ashley Lobo and actor Riteish Deshmukh.

“India’s Dancing Superstar has more potential to scare the audience in terms of passing a judgement because you will see stuff which is unbelievable,” says Geeta. There is no age bar and the dance reality show will witness performances by kids, teenagers, young adults, married couples and even grandparents when it goes on air this weekend on Star Plus. Geeta earlier judged three seasons of hit dance reality show, Dance India Dance (DID). She also judged DID Doubles, DID Li’l Masters (season 1 and 2) and Dance Ke Superkids later. But she finds India’s Dancing Superstar more difficult to judge than other shows.

“DID was a different format altogether. It’s more difficult with this one (IDS) because you’ll have to judge people of all age groups,” she says.

Mallika Sherawat’s new bridal look from the show The Bachelorette India – Mere Khayalon Ki Mallika

The sexy siren recently tweeted her look from the reality show – she is transformed into a traditional gharelu Hindustani bahu.

It’s quite difficult – almost impossible – to think of Mallika Sherawat in a desi avatar, maybe because we are not used to seeing B-town’s Mallika-E-Azam covered fully. Stop giggling, sillies! Doesn’t she look nice…for a change! The Murder babe joins the likes of Rakhi Sawant and Ratan Rajput to find her Mr Perfect through the reality TV show Bachelorette India – Mere Khayalon Ki Mallika, which will air on Life OK.

Her highness is quite clear about the Prince Charming she wants to date, or maybe even get married to. “I’m looking for someone who is self-made, well educated, grounded and, above all, someone who can be a friend and not just a lover,” Mallika said in a statement. “I prefer men who take risks in life, and especially the ones who are not afraid to speak their mind. I’m hoping that through The Bachelorette India, I find what I’m truly looking for – a friend and a soulmate,” added Sherawat.

When we learned about Mallika doing a reality show aiming to find the right life partner, we understood that it’s being done primarily for monetary reasons, coz’ we know our lady is known for her mingling with Hollywood celebrities, including the President of the USA Barack Obama (who she claims is her good friend!). She could’ve simply dialled numbers from the enviable list of her contacts and asked them to help her find the right guy. That could’ve been easier no, Mallika? So why all this nautanki…!
