Baba Siddique’s Iftar party on Saturday night. This is the first time in the last five years that both the Khans’ have acknowledged each other’s presence.

Shah Rukh Khan and Salim Khan were seated at the chief minister’s table, along with other ministers and important guests. The Dabangg actor walked around the table greeting people. When Salman reached Shah Rukh’s side, one could feel the tension in the air. Everyone waited with baited breath to see what would happen next. SRK kept a straight face and looked ahead to avoid an awkward moment. That’s when Salman tapped him on his shoulder and extended his hand for a shake. SRK got up and hugged him.

Suddenly there was an excitement and everyone around began clicking pictures. A source present said, “They did not speak after that. If Salman had ignored only Shah Rukh at the table, it would have been very uncomfortable for everyone present at the Iftar party. It was really gracious of him to make the first move. SRK, was quick to react with a warm smile and a genuine hug.”

Southern actress Hansika Motwani and Tamil actor Silambarasan aka Simbu have confirmed that they are in a relationship. However, Simbu says any decision related to their marriage will be taken by their respective families.

Hanskika had been rubbishing rumours about her link-up with Simbu, but she has finally opened up on micro-blogging site Twitter.

Been hearing to many rumours abt my personal life, so jus wana clear.yes!I'm seeing Str:)n hence I wouldnt like 2talk abt my personal life .

Confirming the news, Simbu posted on Twitter:

Ever since the duo started shooting for Tamil films “Vaalu” and “Vettai Mannan”, it was reported that they had developed fondness for each other.

While Simbu is busy shooting for “Vaalu”, Hansika is now busy wrapping up Tamil comedy “Biriyani” and Telugu untitled multi-starrer with Vishnu Manchu.

Accrdong to sources Pakistani actress Veena Malik, currently shooting for the Kannada film Silk Sakkath Hot Maga, has reportedly injured herself on the set of her film in Pattaya.

Sources say that she has broken her toe nail leading to profuse bleeding while shooting for a song sequence. Her film Silk Sakkath...is reportedly based on the life of sex siren Silk Smitha.

However, filmmakers say it has no similarity with Vidya Balan's The Dirty Picture that depicted Silk Smitha. The film is directed by Trishul and produced by Venkatappa and also features Akshay, Srinivasa Murthy and Sadhu Kokila.

The uncensored trailer of Grand Masti, sequel to the 2004 hit film Masti, speaks volumes about the film which is ‘strictly for adults’.

Grand Masti is on the same tracks as the first installment, which was released nine years ago.

The film has actors Vivek Oberoi, Riteish Deshmukh and Aftab Shivdasani reprising their roles as wayward husbands looking for an extramarital relation and some ‘grand masti’.

The double meaning dialogues in the sequel will give tough competition to Ekta Kapoor’s Kyaa Super Kool Hain Hum (2012).

The sequel has a string of new actresses, including Jaane Tu… Ya Jaane Na actress Manjari Phadnis, Marathi actress Sonalee Kulkarni and television actress Karishma Tanna. Other actresses are Bruna Abdullah, Maryam Zakaria and Chandi Perera.

The film directed by Indra Kumar is all set to release on September 6, 2013.
